life lately.

a 49ers loss. baby mama practice. a wiggleworms session. and a date.

+ yes, the 49ers lost. i am a little disappointed because 1) i already had visions of ella and captain in the cutest 49er outfits ever and 2) now the colors of the teams are the same...that totally screws up the jiggler helmets!

+ i heard ella yelling at someone/something this morning as i was cleaning the kitchen and bathroom for the second time in 4 days (hello, nesting!). 'don't talk to me like that!' was her current rant. as i walked into the hall i noticed her door was closed so i obviously went in and saw poor little sally in bed. she must've been a bad girl and needed to take a nap. sounds like someone that rhymes with hella, that was acting just like that yesterday! strange.

+ wiggleworms. as always fun. except captain needs to come out because sitting on a floor with a 3 and a half year old on my lap is seriously uncomfortable. and yes, the picture with my striped sweater bulging in is my very first with BOTH my children. cue the ahhhhhhhh!

+ i am trying to get ella to understand the concept of a 'date' because once captain is out, i want to make time for special 'ella dates.' my current reasoning for a 'date' is that splitting time with another human being is going to difficult for her. make that ridonkulously difficult. and because i rock at being a mom (HA!) i still want her to feel the love.  so to bucks we went for hot chocolate. to our surprise they had PINK donuts! ella's most favorite thing in the whole wide world. they were definitely the highlight and hot chocolate to my shock was not, but i'll keep trying.
